Prior to this role, she served as one of the Business Career Foundation Program (BCFP) Regional Managers. Before that, she worked in Technical Training & Development in which she served 150 entry-level IT professionals over five main Boeing sites, coordinated program hiring, rotation assignments, and technical development opportunities. Caitlin has worked at the Boeing Company for 7 years and has held diverse positions in Finance, Supplier Management, and IT. She joined Boeing as a Finance intern in 2010.

Caitlin has a passion for Servant leadership, Talent Management, Coaching, and Leadership Development. She holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership & a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration both from Gonzaga University. A major part of Caitlin’s Graduate School work was the development of her Leadership Blog: ImagineCreateServe. It is her hope that through her creation of what she calls “a microcosm for intentional living,” she can inspire the Servant leadership potential that she believes exists within each of us. Caitlin is a certified Insights Discovery Workshop Facilitator and is well-versed in StrengthsFinder 2.0 and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Personality assessments and facilitation and curriculum development for leadership workshops continue to be an area of interest and growth for Caitlin’s development. It is her hope that this next step in her education will broaden her capacity for workshop facilitation, individualized coaching, and will ultimately launch her career in People Consulting. Her coaching style is rooted in positive psychology. She hopes one day to be an industry leader in HR consulting leveraging her own strengths of empathy and connecting with others to drive organizational effectiveness.

In her free time Caitlin enjoys hiking, yoga, music, cooking, fashion, and spending time with her husband JJ and Goldendoodle Marley. Caitlin’s core values are connection and service to others. She is passionate, energetic, and creative.
